Getting your order to you should feel just as good as the pieces inside the parcel. Every order ships free within the United States, so there is nothing extra to pay at checkout, and for now we deliver within the United States only, with each order packed carefully before it heads out. Here is the timing at a glance:
- Preparing your order: usually 1 to 3 business days before it ships
- On its way: typically 4 to 7 business days after dispatch
- All together: most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days
- Daily cut-off: orders placed before 3:00 PM ET, Monday through Saturday, start processing the same day; anything after joins the queue the next business day
The moment your order ships, a confirmation email with tracking lands in your inbox so you can watch it make its way to you. We always aim to be on time, though the occasional delay can happen during busy stretches or because of weather or logistics, and if anything comes up we will keep you posted so you are never left guessing.
