Is shipping really free?
It is. Every order ships free anywhere in the United States, with no minimum spend and no surprises at checkout. Once your order is on the move, a tracking link reaches you by email so you can follow it the whole way.
When will my order arrive?
Orders take 1 to 3 business days to prepare and then 4 to 7 business days in transit, so most land within 5 to 10 business days all told. Our daily cut-off is 3:00 PM ET, Monday through Saturday.
How can I pay?
Whatever works best for you: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, plus Maestro, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Every payment is secured with SSL encryption to keep your details protected.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days from delivery to send items back, as long as they are unused, in their original condition, and packed in all their original packaging. Email info@larivewear.com with your order number and we will guide you through it. There are never any restocking fees.
My order hasn't shown up, what now?
First, check the tracking link from your shipping email. If it has been more than 10 business days and your parcel still is not there, email info@larivewear.com and we will chase it down for you.
When will I see my refund?
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to display it.
Can I exchange something?
Of course. Need a different size, color, or item? Let us know at info@larivewear.com and we will help you find the right one.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If it has not shipped yet, there is a good chance we can. Reach out as soon as you can after ordering and we will do our best.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not for now, we focus on the United States so we can keep the experience great close to home. If that changes, our community will be the first to hear about it.
Is my information safe with you?
Completely. Your privacy and payment security come first, we never store your sensitive details, and our checkout is fully secure.
