The information we gather
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect the details you enter when ordering, such as your name, email, phone number, delivery address, and payment information, along with technical data like your IP address, browser, and time zone. Anything you send us directly, for instance when you ask a question or request support, is collected too.
Putting it to use
We rely on your information to prepare, process, and deliver your orders, to answer questions and support you after a purchase, to keep the store safe and guard against fraud, and to tailor what you see to your interests. We will only send you news and offers when you have actively asked to receive them.
When we share
Running a store means working with a few trusted partners, and your data is shared only with them:
- Payment processors who handle transactions
- Delivery and logistics companies who bring your order to you
- Technology providers such as Shopify who power the site
Beyond that, your personal data is never sold or rented to anyone.
On cookies
Cookies help the site remember your preferences, run more smoothly, and show content that suits your interests. You can switch them off in your browser whenever you like, though a few features may not behave as intended afterwards.
Rights you can exercise
At any point you may ask to see the data we hold, have it corrected or erased, limit how it is processed, receive a transferable copy, or withdraw consent including opting out of our newsletter. A single email to info@larivewear.com is all it takes to start.
Younger visitors
Larive Wear is meant for adults, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we ever discover that we have, we delete it right away.
Where your data may travel
As a shopper in the United States, please note that your information may be processed or stored elsewhere, including within the European Union, by the trusted partners who help us run the store. Whenever data moves this way, we make sure it happens securely and in line with applicable data protection rules.
Holding and protecting it
We keep your information only as long as we genuinely need it, whether to run our services, meet a legal obligation, or resolve a dispute, and we protect it carefully throughout.
